End-to-end knowledge solutions for disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation in Bihar, growing into a regional resource centre for the eastern and north-eastern states.

    Government departments, urban local bodies, panchayats and civil society, for preparedness, prevention and mitigation.

  • Collaborative research

    Cost-effective, community-based preparedness and response systems with national and international partners.

  • Evidence for policy

    Action research that supports policy decisions for disaster preparedness.

  • Education

    Short-term certificates and diploma courses in disaster management.
