About
Prof. Geetika Varshneya works on how firms design CSR programmes and how grassroots entrepreneurs grow. With about 7 years in teaching, research and practice, Varshneya brings field experience from Bihar and eastern India into the classroom and supervises students' field work and summer projects.
At DMI, Varshneya teaches Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship Development in the PGDM in Development Management, and leads management development programmes for government departments, banks and NGOs. Current research looks at strategy and entrepreneurship, often with state agencies and civil-society partners.
